Good morning Alan and Juan,

Would you be kind enough to register me as an online student on the Spanish forum for D06 (2014-2015)?

I have registered on the Spanish forum with my real name.

I have publicized the 2014-2015 course by placing poster on the notice board of my local University History department. I'm also planning to place one at the Conservatory where my son is taking his kinder music classes. Let's see how they like the competition :)

I will undertake to post the recordings required for at least 7 out of the 10 lessons of the course.

I will undertake to listen to the recordings posted by the other students at the same level and give feedback and encouragement.

:merci: and Regards,

Marko

P.S. Nice to see the familiar names registered for D06. It will be good to study with you again, Eric, Håvard and Pat.

Hi Pat and Marko. Good to have you on board.

I've counted 14 D06 participants so far. There will be quite much gxxgle-translating on my part. Do you think it would be too much to ask of the Spanish speaking students, to make a standard of posting in both English and Spanish?
:reflechir:

I suggest posting the machine translated version like this

Código: Seleccionar todo

He contado 14 D06 participantes hasta el momento. Habrá bastante mucho gxxgle-traducción de mi parte. ¿Crees que sería demasiado pedir de los estudiantes de habla española, para hacer una norma de publicar tanto en Inglés y Español?

Sugiero tal vez publicar la máquina traducida versión como éste
The forum does not look good when using whole page translation in eg. Google Chrome (imho)
Things will of course get more messy if there is a need for even more languages...

Hi håvard.

Usually there is no problem in doing what you comment (the same message in both languages), and as far as I remember, that is the way it was done last year.

Not all people speak english, so usually messages are published in the native language of the user that post the message, and the translation into spanish.

If anything is not understood, feel free to ask again about it !! :ouioui:

Kind regards :bye: :bye:

Hello,

I would like to register for the D06 courses on the Spanish Forum.

I have registered with my real name and have advertised for the courses via email.

I will try to participate in at least 7 out of 10 of the lessons and provide support and encouragement to other members.

Thank you!

Michael Collings

p.s. could you please direct me to instructions on how to provide translations for my comments. Thanks!

Thank you for advertising the lessons, Michael. I've added you to the Student Group here. :)

I don't know much about translating stuff. I use Google Translate, and it seems to work. If you have a Google search window, try typing "translate" into it. It gives me two windows with choices for original language and translated language. Then, copy and paste your post into it. Hope it works for you!

Thanks Alan. I'll use google translate. I just noticed a lot of people on the thread have this handy little box below their posts with translations.
